Message its the only choice! You need to get a dual coil spring from them, if you want a smooth ride. It comes with a tender spring and stiff spring. You can set the tender spring on a very low spring rate for a smooth ride and set the stiff spring with a very high spring rate for a stiff set-up for high speed cornering. If you don't care about handling/performance and just want to lower the stance of the Z, just get their single spring and set it to the stock spring rate or lower, so you can have an identical ride or softer to stock but I think that's a waste of money. If you want a smooth ride, performance, and looks get the dual spring from GC and team it up with an adjustable shock(KYB,Koni,or Tockico), so you can adjust the ride for whatever mood and situation you are in. It's the only spring company(quality) that lets you choose spring rates because in your case you want a smooth ride. There are many coilover set-ups(TEIN, HKS, and some other companies from Japan) out there but GC is the only company that lets you choose a spring rate to your liking.
Regards,
Jeff
